Had a record going for my Danish picks......which was awful as I remember! But I only picked two games because I haven't had much time. Since all the old pages are gone I'll leave it be and might start keeping record next when I should have time to post all my picks. My "real" record, along with a mate, are at bettingadvice. It's one of those weird things in football. When a team is cold, everything seems to go against them, especially the small things and luck seems to be a shortage. Nothing could be more true for AaB at the moment. Last week at Odense, captain Priske score not one, but two own goals! AaB are in a bad slump at the moment. A team predicted before the season started to be the first challenger to the two top Copenhagen teams FCK and Brøndby are now moving ever closer to a relegation spot. Apart from a 1-0 win at against 9-man FCK and a 2-0 win at home against fellow strugglers AGF, they've managed one point in 10 games (away to rockbottom Køge). In this run they also went out to Brøndby in the cup losing both legs. It is apparent to most people that this team just doesn't have what it takes after all. It would seem there are too many young players carrying too much responsibility. The injury situation doesn't help. Influencial young (need it be said) midfielder Silberbauer is doubtfull, as is as many as five defenders with one giving up his career just last week. All of these five defenders would probably be in the line-up before all of the four that are likely to actually start. Show me any team in the world that could do that without collapsing when everything is fallíng apart as it is; Real Madrid without Carlos, Hierro, Helguera, Salgado and Pavon, or Man Utd without Rio, Blanc, Brown, Neville and Silvestre would be shaky, and this is AaB here! Meanwhile Brøndby has had huge spring catching up with run-away leaders in the fall FCK. This odds is simply amazing. Catch it before it drops!
